Please be aware that everyones time is precious and so if a appointment is made either by yourselves or by Lifeboat Lettings you must make sure that you or someone on your behalf is there to facilitate access.

 

Failure to do so costs money as we still have to cover call out charges fuel and the cost of peoples time so please bear this in mind when booking an appointment as unfortunately last minute cancellations or access not being granted at the allotted date and time (without a acceptable reason) could result in you being invoiced for the cost of the appointment.
