A small family run business that was established in 2011 and we specialise in renting “ONLY” properties.

 

We are Landlords ourselves and have been trained by RICS to be home inspectors allowing us the knowledge and skills to look after your investment to the maximum potential.

 

We offer capital investment solutions together with a proactive approach with Tenants.

Every day is a school day in our opinion and when a Tenant is introduced to a property that is only the start of the journey !

 

Our policy is “Firm but Fair” and this always gains respect from all parties. 

 

The areas we cover are within a 25 mile radius to include Stoke on Trent , Uttoxeter (and surrounding areas) , Burton upon Trent and Derby.

 

We have now established a number of Landlords that equates to us managing between 150 to 250 properties.

 

All of this is due to recommendation and success !

 

Either as a Tenant or Landlord you’ll be pleased to hear that we offer a full professional service that includes Xero accountancy, ARTHUR Online management software (this includes apps for Landlords and Tenants) and Inventory Base reporting systems.

 

We work with all the Local Councils and have been recommended for an award with S.D.D.C for our proactive approach and systems.
